Ceremony of Training Course on Customs Anti-Smuggling, Mid-Asia Regional
Economic Cooperation
On the afternoon of Nov. 29, 2007, the Training
Course on Customs Anti-Smuggling, Mid-Asia Regional Economic Cooperation
was closed successfully. Mr. Yu Shen, President of Shanghai Customs College,
attended the closing ceremony and delivered a speech.
After a 10-day study and investigation, the customs officials
from Mid-Asia region had the picture of China Customs’ current situation
and they also introduced to the lecturers the situation and best practice
of anti-smuggling work of their own customs. Thus the training course has
effectively strengthened the exchange between China Customs and the customs
of Mid-Asia regions and countries and laid a solid foundation to further
cooperation and intercourse among Mid-Asia region economies.
All of the 16 participants completed successfully
their study in this session of training course.
